       "A La Carte"

All the meals on our fine dining Menu are made fresh to order, please be patient especially during high season and weekends, if you want fast food try Mc Donald’s !!!!!!!!!!!! We have adapted all our recipes from dishes found on our travels around the world and especially from the Caribbean of which Tobago has our other home and many of the ideas come from there Vatulele Fiji where we were married, the Pacific Rim, Thailand and Louisiana with its hypnotic Cajun music.

We  pride ourselves on using as much as possible  the finest local fish meat and produce, our seasonings and spices come direct from the Caribbean and our exotic fishes come via a high class provisioner, fresh and chilled. We offer you a choice of either

        Two courses menu, starter/main. main/dessert  £28.00.


        Three courses menu, starter/main/dessert          £32.50.



Both choices include homemade bread and fresh vegetables With creamy mash or calypso rice.
All prices are inclusive of 20% vat

Spinach, coconut and crab soup.
Mushrooms stuffed with spinach  and darzet cheddar served with tamarind salsa.
Caribbean prawn cocktail.
Shaver’s Thai fishcakes with exotic seasonings.
Crab spring rolls with sweet chilli and garlic.
Salad of jerk chicken, plantin and crispy bacon with aioli.
Satay chicken  and a spicy peanut dip.
Seared local scallops with a banana relish and Basil oil.
Half mussels grilled with spinach and spicy cheese.
Spicy shrimp with avocado cream on plantin crust




Roasted Creole duck breast with black cherry compote


Guyanaise lamb cutlet crown with a balsamic vinager sauce


Jamaican jerk pork tenderloin with a pineapple compote  and fried plantin  H/S


Louisiana blackened chicken with creamy peppersauce     H/S


 Authentic Guyanaise Gourmet Goat curry  


Chicken Piri-Piri  with lemon grass and coconut cream


Dorset prime fillet steak with a rum brandy and Caribbean peppercorn sauce     (supplement of  £3.75)


All above served with either creamy mash or calypso rice and a selection of vegetables.

With hand cut homemade chips, mushroom, onion, tomato, peas, and garnish.

Choice of sauces on or on side  Caribbean rum and peppercorn or blue cheese


     “Zum ting fishy”

 Just plain pan fried fillet of fish with parsley and herb sauce
Creole whole sea bass
Tobago baked fish in a coconut crust with barbecue sauce and lemon wedges
Hot Spicy Cuban seafood bouillabaisse with crusty bread
Zarzuela, our most exotic creation of fish, shrimps; scallops and secret ingredients in a mild coconut curry sauce
Local Lobster with aioli or thermadore when available

Supplement of £20.00, a little extra time is required to cook


“River come down”


Roy’s version of the famous fruits de mer, from Brittany all available fresh water and sea water crustations and shellfish, loads of bread loads of napkins loads of everything, with aioli, shallot and balsamic vinegar dips

24 hours notice required, available Wednesday to Saturday.

“Veggie fings”

Filo parcel of Caribbean vegetables with calypso rice or salad
Aubergine, pimento, punkta pepper, green bean and spice tomato bake topped with mozzarella.
